DetasUltra's solutions for cables with and without connectos management in pneumatic and HVAC applications include a wide range of splittable frames and divisable cable glands. DetasUltra's DES series splittable frames are designed to cross walls and offer protection up to IP66/UL Type 4X. They are compatible with standard power connector openings (24, 16, 10-pin) and round solutions for metric openings (M12 - M75). These frames allow the routing of cables with connectors already installed, from patch cables to the most complex power and signal cables, providing versatility. Thanks to the different types of grommets offered, customized solutions can be chosen for cables with diameters ranging from 2 to 65 mm.
Cable routing within the frame is fully customizable, providing flexibility for future expansion needs. The divisible cable glands of the DESCLICK and OSF series offer IP54 protection, while the DESPRED series provides IP66 protection for more demanding environments. In addition to pre-wired cable systems (Group 1), DetasUltra offers a wide range of cables without connector solutions, such as the DES PM, DES PDM, DES PDP and PDPS models, which can handle cable diameters ranging from 2.3 mm to 65 mm, thus fulfilling a variety of industrial needs.
