Frames or divisible cable glands are chosen to go through walls in the case of cables with connectors, from simple single patch cables to more advanced cabling such as M23-connected power or signal cables for motors, drives, sensors, robotics, and power distribution systems.
For the use of pre-wired cables on machines and plants, DetasUltra provides a series of DES splittable frames that guarantee a very high degree of protection up to IP66/UL Type 4X using standard openings of power connectors from 24, 16, 10 poles etc. and also circular solutions for metric openings.
Using openable grommets type SPC, SPP, SPL, SPG, with bursting (Type K), extended range or plug-in inserts, you can choose modular solutions for cables with diameters from 2 to 65mm in diameter.
As an alternative to classic industrial cable glands, it offers a wide range of divisible cable glands from the DESCLICK series and the OSF series that guarantee an IP54 rating; for those who need higher IP protection, they can find DESPRED series cable glands that guarantee an IP66 rating.
In addition to Group 1, which is dedicated to systems that mainly use pre-wired cables, Group 2 offers a wide range of cable grommets for non-wired cables: the DES PM series, the DES PDM series with internal reinforcing frames, and DES PDP and PDPS for routing single cables with diameters from 2.3 up to 63 mm.
