Gommini passacavo singoli a sfondamento 

I supporti passacavo (gommini) ciechi a range esteso per cavi singoli fanno parte della serie SPP K e permettono di alloggiare all'interno dei telai divisibili della serie DES una serie di cavi non intestati da 2,5 a 16,5 mm (K1-K5).

Il modello SPP K0 può essere forato a piacimento ma non viene garantita la tenuta IP66.

Grazie alla doppia membrana dei gommini SPP K1-K5 si ottiene una elevata protezione fluidica e una notevole forza antistrappo.

SPP K

Per assicurare una perfetta tenuta fluidica e un’elevata resistenza antistrappo nei telai divisibili (listelli passacavo) e nei pressacavi divisibili, vengono impiegati gli speciali supporti passacavo, comunemente chiamati gommini passacavo.

 Questi elementi sono fondamentali per garantire la protezione dei cavi e la completa funzionalità del sistema di cablaggio.

Sistema brevettato Detas: installazione a scatto o a scorrimento

Il sistema brevettato Detas introduce una soluzione innovativa che rende l’installazione dei gommini passacavo più semplice e affidabile.

 I supporti possono essere montati in due modalità:

  • Installazione a scatto, rapida e sicura
  • Installazione a scorrimento, ideale per applicazioni che richiedono precisione

Entrambe le modalità sfruttano la doppia guida alla base del gommino, che garantisce:

  • maggiore stabilità del supporto all’interno del telaio
  • tenuta ottimale anche con uno o più cavi già inseriti
  • resistenza meccanica superiore anche sotto sollecitazione

Materiale elastomerico ad alte prestazioni

I gommini sono realizzati in materiale elastomerico progettato per offrire:

  • elevata elasticità, per agevolare l’inserimento dei cavi
  • stabilità dimensionale nel tempo
  • resistenza a stress meccanici e vibrazioni

Sono disponibili in grigio e nero, entrambi autoestinguenti secondo UL94 V0, garantendo sicurezza anche in applicazioni industriali con requisiti antincendio elevati.
